City staff are working on language to comply with LD 2003 in advance of the January 1, 2024 deadline.

Staff have completed drafting changes to City ordinances to comply with LD 2003. There will be a public hearing on the proposed changes at the regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting on September 5th at 7 pm in City Hall Council Chambers (please note that this has been postponed from the advertised date of August 15th). Attendance can be either virtually or in person and additional details can be found on the City’s calendar at www.bangormaine.gov/calendar.
