In response to the change in the CDC’s designation of Penobscot County to Yellow, effective June 2, 2022, all visitors to City facilities and passengers of the Community Connector are no longer required to wear a face covering. Face coverings will be available for those who may want one.

The City will continue to follow CDC protocols. Should the CDC change the risk level to RED, the City may return to a mandatory masking policy.

As a reminder, residents who would rather not visit City Hall to conduct business such as property tax payments, sewer bills, vehicle registrations, and more, can do so by clicking here.
