Pre-Approved Housing Plans

These plans are designed to meet the current codes for the City of Bangor. However, anyone using the plans should be aware that all work shall comform to local and state codes, ordinances and requirements, accessibility per A.D.A.A.G. and ANSI 117.1, sprinkler requirements per NFPA 13R.
