7/28/2014 - Downtown Parking Garage Extends Operating Hours on Select Nights
Beginning on Thursday, July 17, The Garage at Pickering Square in downtown Bangor will extend its hours until 1 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Feedback from community members and business owners prompted the extension because of the increased activity in the downtown area.
The first two hours of parking in The Garage is free. Two to three hours of parking costs $1.50; every hour over three hours costs $0.50 with a 24-hour maximum of $4.50. More information about parking in downtown Bangor can be found at www.bangormaine.gov.
