Ohio Street Detour from January 8 to January 17
Ohio Street will be closed to traffic from Fourteenth Street to the I-95 southbound ramp starting Wednesday, January 8, 2020 until Friday, January 17, 2020 for a Bangor Water District project. This work is being completed in advance of MaineDOT's Ohio Street Bridge Replacement Project that will begin in February. There will be detour signs and flaggers in place to help guide traffic around the work zone. This will cause delays in travel time so please plan accordingly or avoid this area if possible.
I-95 southbound access will remain open during this project.
Crews will be working Monday through Friday, and working hours will be approximately 7:00am to 3:30pm each day. The road will be opened back up each evening after work ends for the day.
