The second installment of property taxes is due on Tuesday, March 15th, 2016.
If you have lost your tax bill, you can contact the Treasury Office at (207) 992-4290 to obtain your balance due and your account number. Referencing your account number on your payment will ensure proper processing and reduce delays. In addition to mail, tax payments can be submitted in-person to the Treasury Office, located on the first floor of City Hall, during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM). Checks, cash and debit cards with a valid pin can be used to make property tax payments in the office.
Credit cards are accepted with online transactions through Official Payments at https://www.officialpayments.com/index.jsp. Please note that third party transaction fees will apply to transactions through Official Payments.
