4/14/2015 - Notice of Flow Isolation Inspection to Occur In Public Right-of-Ways/Sewer Easements
Between April 15th and May 20th, an Inspection Team from Ted Berry Co. Inc., representing the City of Bangor, will conduct night-time flow isolation inspections in various areas near Bangor International Airport. Work is planned to take place from Sunday through Thursday evenings between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and include the following locations:

New Capehart (Bolling Drive and Mitchell Street areas)
Union Street
Maine Avenue
Silver Road
Nason Avenue
Mildred Avenue

The flow isolation will include opening of manholes along the public right-of-ways and sanitary sewer easements to observe night-time sewer flows. This work will not require access into houses or any buildings and will not affect sewer service. Work will not generally interfere with traffic flow, though small work zones will be set up on some streets.

The City of Bangor Police dispatch will be notified of work within a project area on a daily basis. Police dispatch can be reached at (207) 947-7384 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ted Berry personnel will have identification and vehicles marked with the Ted Berry company logo.

We appreciate the cooperation of Bangor residents with the City’s effort to protect our environment and provide a quality sanitary sewer service.
