4/12/2016 - City Manager Submits Proposed Fiscal Year 2017 Budget to the City Council, Announces Public Budget Workshops

Bangor City Manager Catherine Conlow submitted a proposed budget for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017) to the City Council prior to last night's City Council Meeting. The proposed budget is the City Manager’s recommendation to the City Council; by charter, the City Council has until June 30th to adopt a final budget. The City’s Manager’s proposed budget is available on the City’s website at

The proposed budget will be reviewed by the City Council and City staff during a number of public budget workshops that will be held over the coming months. Please see schedule listed below:
