Before & After School Counselors - Part-Time

The City of Bangor Parks and Recreation Department is hiring multiple positions for our K-5th Before and After School Program. Our ideal candidates would be someone who possesses the following qualities.

Counselors are responsible for planning and supervising games, activities and crafts that are engaging to kids, grades K-5. In addition to leading activities you are also responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for kids to go before and after their normal school hours.

Pay range is between $15.13-$16.68/hour. We are accepting applications starting in September until all positions are filled.

Before school hours: 6:45-8:45AM
After school hours: 2:45-5:45PM
School Break Programs: Flexible hours between 7:00AM – 5:30PM
