Overview
The City's volunteer Planning Board consists of seven regular members and one associate member, all of whom are appointed by the City Council. Each member serves for a three-year term. The Board's charge is to develop the City's Comprehensive Plan, make recommendations on rezoning requests, and approve subdivisions and site plans.
