BANGOR, Maine -- On Dec. 16, 2025, at approximately 3:37 p.m., the Bangor Police Department responded Shaw’s Supermarket on Main St. for the report of a stabbing. It has been determined that the incident did not take place at Shaw’s and the Criminal Investigation Division is continuing to follow up with this incident where it took place. There is no active threat to the public. No further details are available at this time.
