David Teelon has more than 40 years of experience in leadership and operations management, including over 23 years of service in the U.S. Army, and then nearly 20 additional years managing various large-scale international deployments, projects and construction operations.
Teelon’s military service includes assignments as a Non-Commissioned Officer Academy Small Group Leader, Senior Small Group Leader and Course Manager, as well as several years performing operational functions that include managing annual unit training for the 88th Regional Support Command in support of 243 units with 25,000 soldiers. As part of that work he designed an automated database for managing annual training over multiple years.
He’s also held positions as a human resources manager and an operations manager for Coalition Forces Land Component Command Kuwait.
