On or around September 30, 2025, the City of Bangor will submit to HUD its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. This report details CDBG expenditures and accomplishments for the period 7/1/24 - 6/30/25 and is available for review upon request: either in person, or online by visiting the City website. Public comments received by September 30 will be submitted to HUD.
