BANGOR, Maine – Early registration is open for the 58th annual Kenduskeag Stream Canoe Race. The 16.5-mile race, which draws hundreds of paddlers and spectators annually, will be held on Saturday, April 19, at 10 a.m.
- $50 per person through April 1 (early registration)
- $65 per person from April 2 to April 10
- $75 per person from April 11 to April 19 (late registration)
Late registrants (April 11-19) will be assigned starting positions toward the end of the race. Registration is available online at Bangor Parks & Recreation or in person at 647 Main St. through April 17.
On April 18, registration is in-office only, while race-day registration (April 19) will be held at the Kenduskeag Union Church starting area, with payment by cash or check only.
