City of Bangor Launches Broadband Survey through January 31st

BANGOR, MAINE - The City of Bangor is conducting a survey to understand broadband (high speed internet service) in the Bangor community. The City Council feels that this is a priority for Bangor to keep up and compete in our global world, which is increasingly dependent on broadband for commerce, education, social engagement, healthcare, and more.

Residents and business owners in Bangor are encouraged to complete the online survey at: https://bangormaine.gov/survey

Paper copies of the survey are also available at the following outpost locations: Public Health & Community Services, 103 Texas Avenue; Pickering Square Public Garage, 100 Broad Street; Bangor Public Library, 145 Harlow Street; Parks & Recreation, 647 Main Street; Penquis CAP Inc., 262 Harlow Street; Maine Discovery Museum, 74 Main St; and Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main Street.

The surveys must be returned by January 31, 2020 to be included in the City of Bangor's strategic planning process.
