11/22/2017 - A portion of Summer Street to close on Tuesday, November 28
On Tuesday, November 28, 2017, the City will be closing a portion of Summer Street, between Railroad and South Streets (see below map). The planned closure of Summer Street will provide safety improvements for pedestrians and motorists destined for Waterfront events. This change also facilitates the development of the Bangor Savings Bank main campus, which has been planned for the Waterfront.
Signage alerting motorists of the Summer Street closure will be posted on Main Street.
