Council Chair Cara Pelletier

Cara grew up in Bangor and returned after college. Cara has served on the City of Bangor Advisory Committee on Racial Equity, Inclusion and Human Rights, as well as the boards of EqualityMaine and Equality Federation. She has a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and has a background in leadership development, employee learning, and strategic HR. Cara is currently the Senior Director, Inclusion Works at Disability:IN, a nonprofit organization working to advance disability inclusion in business.
