Facade Improvement Grants are available to downtown businesses and those located in the Buck St. - Union St. / Main St. - Third St. area.  Grant funds are matched by an equal or greater invested of private funds for the purpose of restoring/renovating commercial storefronts and replacing deteriorated or poor quality signs and awning.  Potential uses of facade grant money include painting, window or door repairs/replacements, signage, awnings, storefront restorations, etc.  For more information, please contact Jason Bird in the Community & Economic Development Office at (207) 992-4234.
