The City of Bangor has added an Accessibility & Accommodations webpage where members of the public can request accommodations and file a complaint.
The City of Bangor seeks to make all reasonable modifications to services, policies, programs and activities to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity for participation. We will make every effort to provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in the city’s programs, services, and activities, including accessing the City’s website.
Anyone who requires a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Bangor, can request an accommodation via phone (207-992-4204) or by email (adabangor@bangormaine.gov). Please submit your request no less than a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled event, program or activity.
