Public Meeting to Discuss Improvements at Pickering Square
BANGOR, Maine – On Wednesday, June 27, at 5:15 pm, the City of Bangor will hold a public information session and discussion regarding planned improvements at Pickering Square located in downtown Bangor. This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 73 Harlow Street.
During this meeting, City staff will provide an overview of the concept plans for phase 1 of the Pickering Square improvements. Phase 1 deals with the entrance to the parking garage and improvements to the public space to the north and west of the garage.
Following a brief overview from staff, community members are encouraged to provide input and discuss the elements of the project which include moving the entrance of the garage and improving adjacent public spaces. This session is designed to collect input and feedback from stakeholders and facilitate communication about the project.
