Bangor City Manager Catherine Conlow submitted a proposed budget for fiscal year 2017 (July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017) to the City Council prior to last night's City Council Meeting. The proposed budget is the City Manager’s recommendation to the City Council; by charter, the City Council has until June 30th to adopt a final budget. The City’s Manager’s proposed budget is available on the City’s website at www.bangormaine.gov/budget.
The proposed budget will be reviewed by the City Council and City staff during a number of public budget workshops that will be held over the coming months. Please see schedule listed below:

All budget workshops will be held in the City Council Chambers, located on the third floor of Bangor City Hall (73 Harlow Street) at 5:15 PM.
